Sommars & Associates, LLC is happy to assist you in collecting all
types of debts.  We do not do telephone collections but we do handle
all facets of the legal process of collections from the sending of an
initial demand letter to the filing of a lawsuit to post-judgment
collection actions.  We attempt to negotiate repayment plans where
feasible or to work out consent judgments.   But if negotiation is not
possible, we will represent your interests in civil litigation.
